This semester, our focus is going to systematically introduce you to some tools for going internal to help overcome negative emotions. To achieve this, our session will be divided into two parts:


Part 1 (7:45 - 8:10pm): Yogic breathing techniques (Yoga tools)

Part 2 (8:10pm - 8:45pm): Overcoming negative emotions (Wisdom immersion)


During the Wisdom Immersion session, we will discuss overcoming negative emotions like boredom, anxiety, loneliness, laziness, anger, distractions, etc.
