It’s Lunar New Year and this year we celebrate the Year of the Tiger! Join Louis Su (Seattle Campus Ambassador) and Allen Zhang (GLS Ambassador) as they explore the history, customs, and traditions of this annual festival. During this workshop, the facilitators will introduce traditional Chinese characters, the 12 Chinese zodiac animals, and some unique lunar new year traditions. We’ll also provide time for attendees to share with us how they celebrate the new year in their culture. Last, but not least, we plan to teach you how to craft your own decoration that will hopefully bring you good luck in the new year! Register here
