Join OGS for a brief introduction to mindfulness and try out a few exercises!

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Mindfulness can relax you, help you to feel calmer and more patient, and wind down after a busy day. This stress management technique is excellent for students as you navigate the challenges of your program.
