In mindfulness meditation, we train to receive the moment with gentle awareness. These sessions include both moving and seated practice, as well as small and large group discussions. Join us in finding the ease in each moment. Harrison Blum is NU's Buddhist Spiritual Advisor. No experience is necessary. Mats and cushions are provided.
