Abstract Health care organizations in United States are the most technologically sophisticated care delivery system compared to the rest of the developed countries. Sophisticated technologies including MRI, CT Scanning equipment, Robotic Surgery equipment are available in almost all cities in US. Unfortunately the outcomes of care provided in US health care organizations still leave a great deal to be desired.
