Host: Dr. Olga Vitek
Location: [TBD]
Abstract
Northeastern University organizes a May Institute on Computation and Statistics for Quantitative Proteomics. The Institute will train life scientists and computational scientists in designing and analyzing large-scale experiments relying on proteomics, metabolomics, and other high-throughput mass spectrometry-based bimolecular assays. The Institute will consist of several modules that span 2.5 days, which cover processing data from quantitative mass spectrometric experiments, management, visualization and statistical analysis of these data in R, and case studies in design and analysis of quantitative mass spectrometry-based experiments.
