Please join UHCS Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Psychotherapist and certified Yoga Teacher Shelby Dwyer LMHC RYT in an interactive virtual session focused on how to use yoga and its principles to alleviate the stress you may be experiencing while being a remote student during a pandemic. The session will include an opening meditation and 10-minute guided seated yoga practice. No previous yoga experience required.
