We are recruiting participants for a research study on campus. This study involves listening to samples of preschool children’s and adults’ speech in order to determine their intelligibility.  

To be eligible, participants must be between the ages of 18 and 40, your primary language must be American English and you must pass a hearing screening.  You must also have no history of neurological disorders or recent speech disorders. During a session you will take a hearing test and listen to some recordings of children's speech. The study takes about 30 minutes and to compensate you for your time you will get a $10 amazon gift card. We are located in the Forsyth building on Northeastern University’s campus.
