Dr. Seun Kolade from the Department of Strategic Management and Marketing, De Montford University (DMU), in the United Kingdom, will be presenting his work entitled Guts, Grit, and God? Spiritual Capital and Entrepreneurial Resilience in a Turbulent Environment . 

The presentation proposes a theoretical view that explores how spiritual capital interacts with environmental turbulence, explains resilience, and affects firm-level survival and performance. Dr. Kolade tests this theoretical model in an empirical study of 600 randomly selected SMEs in Nigeria, one of Africa’s largest economies and an archetypical context for addressing key questions of resilience and environmental turbulence.
