Explore alternative approaches to health this spring

Some of the therapies regarded as “new” or “alternative” in the U.S. today have had an impact on human health for thousands of years, while others have become popular only recently.  HLTH 2302 Alternative Medicine will introduce you to objective assessment and discussion about complementary and alternative medical approaches used in the U.S. and their significant historical, cultural, and cross-cultural ramifications.  No prerequisites or specific program enrollment required.
