"Breathe & Release: Exam Stress Relief" is a 40-minute guided meditation session providing students a calming break amidst pre-exam tensions. This event aims to equip participants with stress-reduction techniques and foster mental well-being as they prepare for their finals. Open to all students, no prior meditation experience required.
