Title: Blockchains and digital ethics

Description: Cryptocurrencies and blockchains present some unique ethical quandaries that have not always been handled well by leaders in the industry. Cryptocurrency researcher and critic Molly White will discuss some of the risks involved with this industry, and the obligation of technologists and entrepreneurs to grapple with these challenges.

 

Speaker Bio: Molly White is an American software engineer, Wikipedia editor, and crypto skeptic. A critic of the decentralized blockchain and cryptocurrency industries, her website, Web3 Is Going Just Great, documents malfeasance in that technology space.
