Diane Saraceni, recent grad of Johnson & Wales and on our very own Northeastern Faculty Team, start her new series with a bang with some delectable brownies that will leave your Valentine’s Day just a little sweeter!

About the Chef: Diane Saraceni is a Northeastern University Audit Operations Operator who found her passion for baking, that moved her to win many a baking contest. If that wasn't enough, she pursued and attended Johnson & Wales University majoring in Baking & Pastry Arts and was the 2019 Student Commencement Speaker. She is now in the process of opening her Red Sox name inspired chocolate business, “Sweet Caroline’s” featuring chocolate candy bars, Petit gâteaus, truffles & more!
