The Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy (PHRGE) is proud to co-sponsor a discussion of two critical climate-change lawsuits:
Juliana v. United States and Urgenda Foundation v. State of the Netherlands.
The event will be hosted by Professor Alfred Brownell, Distinguished Visiting Scholar and recipient of the prestigious Goldman Environmental Prize, and the students in his course, Human Rights, the Environment, Development, and Community Resilience.
