This was a great event that will sure be useful during my final exam period. The techniques on stress management will make a difference during the holiday season and finals. Looking forward to more events like this!

I'm incredibly inspired by Dr. Kris. She is so genuine and passionate about helping people manage. Northeastern is very lucky to have her on the faculty and we are lucky she is so open with her personal story and her research.

Dr. Costa is a wonderful speaker, and was addressing a subject that relates to everyone who was there. I believe stress is a huge contributor to many physical and emotional problems, and to learn how to 'navigate' stress would help us all.

Enjoyed the film and conversation afterwards. Wish I could have made the earlier part of the series! Thank you for organizing and sharing this important part of Boston history.

I enjoyed the talk thoroughly and bought my second Paul Tough book. More Q and A time would have been nice, but of course that is tough to manage/orchestrate. A terrific event. Thank you.
