Welcome to our Spring 2017 offerings!

 

In this semester, we are offering a special Yoga and meditation series with the following agenda.

 

7:30pm - Yoga and meditation session

8:00pm - Open-eyed meditations (Gita-based discussions)

9:00pm - Vegetarian dinner

 

In open-eyed meditation session, we will get to contemplate on one relevant topic every week in the light of Bhagavad Gita. We call it open-eyed meditation because in this session we learn to look into this world with open-eyes and contemplate on what we see through the lens of timeless scriptures like Bhagavad Gita. This will enable us to practically apply what we study in the Gita.

 

The topic for Jan 23 is "Overcoming fear".
