Using Backward Design to Prepare Your Course
When we plan a course, where should we begin? In this one-hour Quick Bite, explore backward design as an effective, efficient process for preparing the major components of a course. Because this process moves “backward” from learning objectives to assignments and activities, we will also discuss strategies for aligning these components. Participants will begin to apply these approaches to a specific course.
For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the "Course & Syllabus Design" requirement.
