Special Seminar: Dr. Sarah Clark
Dr. Sarah Clark
Fluoropolymer Platform Manager
Dr. Clark obtained her PhD in Chemical Engineering under the guidance of Dr. Paula Hammond at MIT, exploring the use of microfabrication of polyion assembly. Since then, Dr. Clark has successfully navigated her career in the materials industry, becoming an expert in industrial polymer chemistry. She has guided and launched many products from concept to launch and has developed polymers for a number of industries: food, semiconductor, oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, medical, and biotechnology. She is also a pioneer in the use of 3D Printing and has 3 patents in that space.
Dr. Clark will talk about her experiences as a research scientist/engineer in a small Boston-area start-up and a large 350-year-old French multinational company.
After her talk, students will have the opportunity to speak more with Dr. Clark at dinner. Please join us!
