The trainer, Mary, was very clear, concise (good use of golden nuggets of information/bullet points) and her feedback was constructive.

This was a great class. Excellent structure and use of time. Very friendly instructor who shared her personal experience and showed us the possibilities for confidence in public speaking. I will go back for more classes by this instructor and may even join NU Toastmasters because of her.
