Perspectives: Transforming Violence Through Mindful Art-Making

Facilitators, community artists and workshop participants from the African American Master Artists in Residency Program (AAMARP), Massart CACP & Sparc The Artmobile, Project Right, Hope & Harmony, and Legacy Lives On address the role of art making and mindfulness in confronting the impact of interpersonal and community violence. Workshop leaders: Drs. Mary Harvey, Ph.D, (Director of Violence Transformed) and Barbary Hamm, Psy.D, both former directors of the Victims of Violence Program, Cambridge Health Alliance, & co-creators of "Persepectives."
