Presenter bio: Zirui Yan, graduated with a M.S. in Corporate Communication from CPS in May 2018. Zirui is working as the Student Support Coordinator at Global Student Success. She’s also the co-founder of Lean In To Grow— a Lean In Circle at Northeastern that inspires and empowers international female students by inviting female speakers to share their stories on campus. Zirui has a passion in community services. She was a Service-Learning Teaching Assistant at NU, a volunteer team leader on NU Service Day, and an active volunteer within Boston Cares and Big Sister Association.
Vicky Zhao, a graduate student in Northeastern University with a M.S in project management. Now, she is doing the co-op in Network Science Institute as a Project & Marketing Manager, and responsible for 5 big projects. She has five years’ Marketing work experience in in profit and non-profit companies, such as Pepsi, China Unicom, and Northeastern University. Besides, she did the Human resource in Johnson & Johnson China for 6 months, and often was invited as a mentor by agency, which provides suggestions for student's resume revision and career planning.
Sunny Rodrigues graduated with a Masters in Project management in December 2018. Prior to joining Northeastern as a student, Sunny worked with reputed tech organizations like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Accenture in various roles focused on project management. After coming to Boston, He served the Northeastern Community through various leadership positions, He became a Community Ambassador in Off-Campus Student Services, Program Assistant with the Center for Intercultural Engagement. He also became the building manager with Campus Recreation. Apart from that, He volunteered with LGBTQA Resource Center, He represented Northeastern University through Snapchat at the Boston Pride Parade. Sunny also volunteered with CSDS, NU Crossing, JDOAAI, NU Sustainability, NU Thrive and maintained Instagram for NU Bookstore and Makers Club.
