Healthcare Computer Simulation Workshop

Computer simulation is one of the most common systems engineering methods used to study and improve healthcare processes. This is a free workshop open to the Boston area healthcare community. All are welcome to attend either or both days. The intended audiences are decision makers within healthcare systems, with emphasis (day 1) on how to use simulation models to make process decisions (rather than the technical mechanics). Day 2 will be more in-depth in terms of the basics of how to build simulation models and common software. Facilitated by Dr. James Benneyan, Director, Healthcare Systems Engineering Institute, and Lou Keller, Healthcare Systems Applications, Flexsim Software Products, Inc.
