A day-long symposium featuring the following panels on the theme of sexual citizenship:
- Queer Citizenship in an Age of Tolerance
- The State Bashes Back
- Asylum, Immigration and the Liminal Citizen
- Creating Sexed Subjects
- Reimagining Sexuality and Citizenship: Dialogues and Conversations
Presented by Northeastern's WGSS program and the Forum for Feminist Thought, and co-sponsored by: The Humanities Center/CSSH; Sexual Citizenship Collaborative Cluster; Departments of Communications Studies, English, Political Science, and Sociology & Anthropology; the School of Law; and the International Affairs Program.
A reception will follow.
