Courting Justice: National Call on SCOTUS and the Future of Repro Justice
If/When/How Webinar featuring NUSL's Professor Aziza Ahmed.
The news from the Supreme Court this summer has been bad — and bigoted: The Court green-lighted LGBTQ discrimination in Masterpiece Cakeshop, upheld the Muslim ban in Trump v. Hawaii, and rubber-stamped the intentional dissemination of lies to pregnant people in NIFLA . The reproductive justice movement — especially those of us who do lawyering for reproductive justice — need to get a grasp on what has happened in order to keep moving forward. Join If/When/How on a national call for law students, attorneys, RJ activists, health care providers, and advocates to debrief on the state of RJ in light of the most recent and troubling SCOTUS decisions.
Join If/When/How on Monday, July 16, at 1:00 pm ET for a one-hour call with Professors Aziza Ahmed and David Cohen. Register ahead of time to submit questions and comments for discussion!
If/When/How is a national network of law students and legal professionals from all backgrounds who know that reproductive justice doesn’t just happen.
