Topic: Art of Self-management

Guest Speaker: Shubha Vilas (Author, international motivational speaker, life coach and erstwhile monk)

Human beings are like ice bergs; what is visible is 25% and the rest lies latent. Thus it becomes imperative to manage oneself before managing others. Or in other words, management of the inner organization should take precedent over management of the external organization.

About the speaker (Shubha Vilas)

Shubha Vilas holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a double graduation in specialized field of patent law. After a brief stint with the corporate world, he chose to leave mainstream society to live a life of contemplation, deep studies and interpretation of Vedic Scriptures.

As an author, writing books is an extension of his deep sense of responsibility towards society. He began with the monumental task of writing a series of books on Ramayana. Since then he’s written best sellers in succession on a wide range of subjects. Apart from his book series ‘Ramayana - The Game of Life’, he has also authored the best-seller ‘Open-Eyed Meditations’ and ‘The Chronicles of Hanuman’ an engaging and inspiring saga of the Monkey God.

Because he has lived the life of a monk, he applies the consciousness of a monk in everything he does. His high spiritual energy combined with an affable personality is what makes him such a sought after lifestyle coach and an awe-inspiring speaker.
